I hope the management improve the facilities, including the WIFI which it shoudn't be so limited.

The size of the room is big, I wish the management look on how to improve the hotel facilities and also the attitude of the staff too, as well as the house keeping department. It is a pity if these are not addressed because the size of the room is really spacious ,very rare to find this size in a hotel.

There was no proper lighting in the bathroom. The towels are rather very old. I might say maybe these had not been changed since I stayed many years back ,especially the bathroom floor towel, it was delapidated. The pillows were smelly, smells like dried saliva, I guess the pillows have not been changed too. The bedsheets are torn. It was my first time to stay in a hotel whereby the receptionist wanting to return the payment , it is like , chasing the customer away and indirectly saying that ,you are not welcome to stay in this hotel.

Not worth the money staying at this hotel..

Double beds are comfortable, clean bedsheets and pillowcases.

Wi-fi connections in the room not working, no hot water in both shower and sink, broken tiles in the bathroom not fixed (one tile is loose and feel some cracking sound when stepping on it. Bathroom ammmenities like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner not enough for requested occupants. No coffee maker, no microwave oven, no safe and cable tv reception sucks.

Very inconvenient. May not come back.

Room is spacious and good airconditioning. Staff are courteous.

Comfort rooms are not working. At one time, water heater is not working so we need to transfer a room. On the room where we transferred, the toilet bowl is also defective.

New Year Staycation

I like that the hotel is just meters away from my workplace. The hotel frontdesk staffs were responsive enough to attend to my requests (electric kettel and wifi password). Keep it up!

The hotel is pretty old. The are parts of the wall in our room which are chipping off already. Also, there is no slippers. The floor is quite dirty. I suggest, atleast an improvement on cleanliness and a bit of renovation.

I can't decide

It's dirty, old, no hot shower, receptionist was as cold as ice--checkin, checkin process was slow, internet/wifi not working, no one from IT was picking up, no one from reception/front desk was picking up, no trashbins, glasses were dirty, floor was disgustingly dirty, towels were ripped, we tried to ask for assistance but no one responded, we went down to front desk they promised someone will assist but no one showed up, CSR was incompetent! I tried calling prior to check in but CSR was unable to answer my questions and hungup on me 3 times. It was a horror!!!!! It was my first time doing staycation with family on Christmas eve it wasn't a very good experience, i felt embarrassed that I dragged my family there. Booking.com should stop recommending Imperial Palace Hotel!!!!!!! Save your name booking.com, drop them!!!! I felt like I wasted money!!!!!!

Weekend at QC

Rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds.

Towels are not yet ready, we still need to request for it. No free slippers to use. No rugs/mat for wet floors.

Big room and location.

All of the negative comments here are legit,we experience it first hand..When we checked in no one assisted us going to our room..and the room was open..curtains and tv not in good condition..even the floor is dirty,busted lights..we dont have towels,i asked for it and they gave us just 2 for 4 adults so i called again..and they bring us 2 more..but the towels are dirty and it smells bad.there's no kettle too so we have to ask for it,actually there's a lot to ask that's not in the room yet..the staffs are not hospitable too..

Fair weekend

Room is big.Pool hours of 7-7pm is pretty good.my kids enjoyed it.location is really convenient.Safe parking

Poor elevator.Lack of inclusions compared to other hotels we booked in to like hair dryer.Soap.Shampoo.And i was charge 1000 for the liquor wherein fact it was just inside the room and they dont have any bar or restaurant wherein you can unwine

Die Zimmer sind gross und hell. Und das Hotel liegt zentral und zugänglich

Am morgen bemerkten wir an der Bettdecke grosse schlecht ausgewaschene Blutflecken. Wir mussten mehrmals nach kleinen Handtücher fragen. Das ganze Hotel wirkt verlebt.

« Shameful »

The hotel was probably beautiful in its early days (the design of the room is nice), but it is totally abandoned. There seems to be no maintenance.

Bed sheets stained with blood, no complementary, cigarette butt on the shelf, only one channel on TV (very bad signal for others), windows very dirty. The fridge did not work. For the swimming-pool, no bathrobe in the room, no towel available, no cloakroom, no staff, and the pool toilets are absolutely disgusting with a strong smell of urine. The swimming pool is normally open between 7am and 7pm, but at 11am, the staff who was there blocked the access.
